生理中はチャットにログインしてはイケナイというルールはありませんので、基本的にパフォーマーの個人判断でよいと思います。

 

うちのパフォーマーさんは生理中はお休み期間にされているようです。

 

生理中はモチベーションも上がりませんし、体調も崩しやすいですもんね。
